How to Return Your Auto Part Globe Purchase

At Auto Part Globe, we understand the importance of getting the right part for your vehicle. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Changed Your Mind?

  • If the item is unopened, simply return it to us within 30 days for a refund.
  • For opened items that haven’t been used or installed, return them within 30 days for a refund with a $45 restocking fee.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been installed or used due to safety concerns.

Received the Wrong Item or It Doesn’t Fit?

No worries. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.

Return Instructions

  • Initiate a return by contacting us via email within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll provide you with a return form and a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label.
  • Carefully package the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
